When you book an appointment we collect: • Name • Email address • Selected service and time We do not collect payment information — payment is made directly at the appointment.

We use the information to: • Confirm and manage your booking • Send confirmation and information about your appointment • Contact you if needed (for example in case of cancellation or changes) We never sell your personal data to third parties.

Booking data is stored for up to 12 months after the appointment has taken place, after which it is deleted. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at susanne@colouranalysis.no.

Under GDPR, you have the right to: • Access the information we hold about you • Request correction of inaccurate information • Request deletion of your information • Withdraw consent Send an email to susanne@colouranalysis.no to exercise your rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (datatilsynet.no).
